NCC and Jernhusen initiate major cooperation – development of first project in RegionCity
NCC and Jernhusen have entered a joint venture to develop Park Central, the first phase of the RegionCity venture in Gothenburg. The project is to be constructed directly adjacent to Gothenburg Central Station and the West Link’s (Västlänken) Centralen station, and will comprise approximately 40,000 square meters of office space, retail and service on its completion in 2026.
NCC signs SEK 1.3 billion contract for hospital project in Oulu, Finland
NCC has been commissioned to continue construction of Oulu University Hospital in Finland with the assignment to construct building F. This is part of the second phase of the hospital’s development program and the order value is approximately SEK 1.3 billion.
NCC to upgrade two harbors in Northern Norway
NCC is to conduct improvement work on the harbors in Hammerfest and Forsöl in Northern Norway on behalf of Hammerfest Municipality and the Norwegian Coastal Administration. The assignment involves comprehensive environmental remediation work and upgrading and is scheduled for completion in 2023. The order value is approximately SEK 345 million.
NCC to construct office building in wood for Danish Building and Property Agency
NCC has signed an agreement to construct a new government office hub for the Danish Building and Property Agency in Odense, Denmark. The new office will be a six-story wooden building comprising approximately 31,000 square meters with a focus on sustainability. The order value is approximately SEK 880 million.
NCC to construct 78 tenant-owner apartments and an office building in Umeå
NCC and Balticgruppen are now commencing the construction of an apartment block and an office building in the new Östra Station city district in Umeå. The assignment is a partnering project and the order value is approximately SEK 480 million.
