NCC to build four buildings in central Uppsala
NCC has been commissioned by Malmegårds Fastigheter AB to build four buildings with 122 new apartments and associated retail and office premises in the Torbjörns torg district of central Uppsala. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 310 million.
NCC to build school and kindergarten in Turku
NCC and the City of Turku have signed an agreement for the construction of a new school and kindergarten in the district of Järkälä in Turku, Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 195 million.
NCC and Liseberg to rebuild Oceana
NCC and Liseberg amusement park have, within the framework of an existing contract, signed an agreement for the reconstruction of Oceana Water World in Gothenburg. The assignment is a partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 600 million.

NCC to renovate metro station in Oslo
NCC and Sporveien (the Oslo metro and tramway operator) have signed an agreement to totally refurbish the Majorstuten metro station in Oslo to improve accessibility in both the track area and the station surroundings. The order value is approximately SEK 350 million.
NCC to build 185 rental apartments in Lund
NCC, on behalf of Tetra Laval Real Estate AB, is to build 185 apartments in the Västerbro district in central Lund. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 330 million.
NCC divests new office project in Solna for SEK 3.6 billion
NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group. NCC will develop the property into a new head office for the public authority Svenska kraftnät.
