Conversion of shares in NCC AB

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

During February 2021, 29,083 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 225,131,919.

The total number of registered shares in the company amount to 108,435,822, of which 12,966,233 are Series A and 95,469,589 are Series B.  NCC holds 764,267 Series B shares in treasury.

In conjunction with the conversion, the company has an obligation pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) to, in this manner, disclose information regarding the change.
