NCC to construct building for retail activities in Norway
NCC and Arcandum Eiendom have signed an agreement to construct a building for retail activities at Lysaker in Bærum Municipality, Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 200 million.

NCC and Arcanum Eiendom have partnered on the development of the project since January of this year. The building is the first phase of construction on the site and will feature an underground parking garage and two floors for commercial retail activities. The total usable floor area (UFA) is approximately 9,000 square meters.
“We have had an effective and constructive cooperation during the partnering phase. This has resulted in a well-designed project that will promote a vibrant area adapted for commercial retail operations,” says Bjørn Kristian Hole, Head of Department at NCC Building Nordics.
The building is being constructed at Philip Pedersens vei 9 in Lysaker, Bærum Municipality, where NCC has previously developed and constructed both neighboring buildings.
Construction will commence at the end of May and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027.
The order value is about SEK 200 million and will be registered in the NCC Building Nordics business area in the second quarter of 2026.
