NCC’s contract includes the construction of a new elementary school, a multi-purpose sports hall, refurbishment of the existing school and redevelopment of the school outdoor environments. In addition, the nearby community center will be refurbished.

“This is an important project both for Nesodden Municipality and for NCC, and a natural continuation of the excellent partnership we have enjoyed in the initial development phase. By working together, we have established a solid foundation for the successful delivery of a high-quality project,” says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.

The project must meet stringent planning, safety and implementation requirements as it will be conducted while school activities are ongoing.

Construction will commence immediately. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028.

The order value is approximately SEK 340 million and will be registered in the NCC Building Nordics business area in the third quarter of 2026.
