Optiplan is a design and engineering company with approximately 150 employees and annual net sales of about 13 million EUR operating solely on the Finnish market, providing services to NCC and other construction companies. The majority of its revenue comes from outside of NCC.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction. The divestment is expected to have a positive earnings effect of approximately SEK 40 M in NCC Building Nordics in the fourth quarter 2020.
Optiplan’s ownership including business and personnel has been transferred to Sweco. The contract has been signed and the ownership has changed hands. Optiplan’s projects and contracts will continue as usual.
