According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC is divesting the Stora Bergstomten logistics project in Arendal for an agreed property value of approximately SEK 290 million. The property, which is being purchased by ICA Fastigheter, will be used as an online retail warehouse for ICA Sweden.
NCC has been commissioned by Region Sörmland to construct a new healthcare building at Nyköping Hospital. The order value is approximately SEK 260 million.
NCC is selling the B and C buildings of its Fredriksberg office projects in the distinctive Konepaja district of Helsinki for approximately SEK 680 million to the German KanAm Grund Group and its LEADING CITIES INVEST fund.
NCC, in partnership with Hemfosa, will be constructing a new office property to bring together all of the social service operations in Västerås. The order for this partnering assignment is worth about SEK 250 million.
