NCC to construct school and sports hall in Lilla Edet Municipality

NCC is partnering with EdetHus and Lilla Edet Municipality in the construction of Ekebergs School (Sw. Ekebergsskolan) for 500 students as well as a full-scale sports hall in Lödöse. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 340 million.

NCC refurbishes and remodels 164 apartments in Upplands-Bro

NCC has been commissioned by Upplands-Brohus to renovate and modernize 119 apartments in Upplands-Bro. In addition to the extensive refurbishment, a further 45 loft apartments will be constructed in the existing attic space. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 300 million.

Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the first half of 2026

NCC’s interim report for the second quarter and first half of 2026 will be published on Tuesday July 14, 2026. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CEST.

NCC sells Bromma property

NCC has agreed the sale of the first section of the Hangar 5 property project in Bromma for SEK 790 million. The property in question is let to ICA and is being acquired by Delcore Fastigheter. While the sale will generate positive cash flow, it will have no earnings impact.

NCC to remodel water treatment plant in Falkenberg, Sweden

NCC has been commissioned by Vivab to remodel the Kärreberg water treatment plant together with appurtenant internal and external water distribution networks. The project is being conducted to raise capacity, improve operational reliability for the waterworks, and meet Falkenberg’s growing water needs. The order value is approximately SEK 220 million.

NCC once again named among Europe’s Climate Leaders according to the Financial Times

For the second consecutive year, NCC is one of the Swedish companies included on the list of Europe’s Climate Leaders. The ranking was compiled by the Financial Times in collaboration with the research firm Statista.

NCC launches Climate Transition Plan

NCC is now publishing a Climate Transition Plan that clarifies the direction for how NCC will reach its 2030 climate targets and, in the long term, achieve net zero emissions by 2045 – in line with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C goal.

NCC’s We Land awarded Finland’s first BREEAM Outstanding environmental certification for a new office building

We Land is the first newly built office building in Finland to receive the highest possible rating under the BREEAM environmental certification scheme: Outstanding. Achieving this five-star rating has required hundreds of carefully refined details across all areas of sustainability. Certification at this level is still rare in Finland.

Business Area Industry becomes a standalone company within NCC

NCC has decided to keep Industry and establish operations as an independent company within the NCC Group. The aim is to strengthen the business logic and give the business the best possible conditions for continued development.
