NCC to build 82 apartments in Tampere, Finland
NCC has signed a contract with Asuntosäätiö for the construction of 82 right-of-occupancy apartments in the new Lamminrahka area neighboring Tampere in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 160 million.
Repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 34, 2022
During the period August 22 – August 26, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 220 662 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.
NCC to construct an additional 191 apartments in Espoo
NCC is continuing its partnership with NREP in the Niittykumpu district of Espoo, in the Finnish capital region. The parties have signed a contract for an additional 191 apartments, which will be the third phase in the area. The order value is approximately SEK 260 million.
