NCC Awareness Day: We work safely or not at all
Tomorrow, Awareness Day will be held at all of NCC’s Nordic workplaces. This year’s theme – I never compromise on safety, I work safely, or not at all – underscores the critical importance of recognizing and addressing risk behaviors that can lead to unsafe and unhealthy work environments.
Conversion of shares in NCC AB
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
