NCC initiates extensive concreting and groundworks for LKAB in Gällivare
NCC has signed an agreement with LKAB to conduct initial work for the new sorting plant in Vitåfors, Gällivare. The order value is approximately SEK 650 million and comprises concreting and groundworks.
NCC to construct new waterworks in Östersund
NCC has been commissioned by Östersund Municipality to construct a new waterworks next to the existing Minnesgärde waterworks. The project is a partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 700 million.
NCC to build sports arena in Fredrikstad, Norway
NCC has been commissioned by Fredrikstad Municipality to construct an ice center and multi-purpose arena in the city. A construction contract has now been signed following completion of the development phase, which was conducted in partnering form. The order value is approximately SEK 580 million.
NCC to reinforce nine secondary roads in Norrbotten
NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to conduct road reinforcement and paving works in Norrbotten County. The measures will increase road load-bearing capacity and improve road standards and accessibility. The order value is approximately SEK 260 million.
NCC signs agreement for initial earth and groundworks at new Järfälla waterworks
NCC and Norrvatten have signed an agreement covering the two main initial stages of the construction of a new waterworks in Järfälla. The new waterworks, which will strengthen capacity for drinking water production for 14 municipalities in northern Stockholm, will be built next to the existing Görväln waterworks. The order is valued at approximately SEK 500 million, of which SEK 360 million will be registered in the first quarter of 2026.
NCC to construct new residential care facility in Svalöv
NCC will partner with Svalövs Samhällslokaler to construct Lantlyckan – a modern residential care facility with 56 apartments. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC signs road maintenance contract in Dalarna and Gävleborg, Sweden
NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to conduct road maintenance and paving works in Dalarna and Gävleborg counties, Sweden. The works will extend the service life of the roads and enhance road safety and accessibility. The total order value is approximately SEK 285 million.
NCC to refurbish historic city block in Copenhagen
NCC has been commissioned by Thylander to conduct the first refurbishment phase of the historic Laksegade city block in central Copenhagen. The order value is approximately SEK 800 million.
NCC updates financial calendar
NCC AB has decided to bring forward its interim report for the second quarter and the January-June 2026 period. The new reporting date is July 14, 2026.
