NCC is divesting the Stora Bergstomten logistics project in Arendal for an agreed property value of approximately SEK 290 million. The property, which is being purchased by ICA Fastigheter, will be used as an online retail warehouse for ICA Sweden.

NCC is selling its first office project, K12, in Järva Krog to Fastpartner AB for just over SEK 1.5 billion. NCC has its new head office in the property.
NCC, in partnership with Uppsala Skolfastigheter AB, is developing two new school buildings in Bälinge outside Uppsala. The project is a partnering arrangement and Skolfastigheter estimates the order value at around SEK 450 million.
Improved earnings from a stable base
NCC is to develop a new, attractive city district comprising housing, a hotel, stores and restaurants on Papirøen island in central Copenhagen on behalf of development company CØ P/S. The order amounts to SEK 1.7 billion.
NCC and Liseberg amusement park, through the development company Liseberg Skår AB, have signed a contract for an expansion including a destination hotel with 457 rooms, located at the Nordic region’s largest amusement park. The order value is approximately SEK 850 million.
NCC is to build the new headquarters of Danish shipping line DFDS in Copenhagen for PensionDanmark. The order is worth SEK 420 million.
