Are you ready for the future? In Lysaker, right next to E18, we are developing a new office project on a central location, highly visible to the thousands of people driving to and from Oslo every day.
The projects in Philip Pedersen's Road 9 and 11 are been developed by NCC Property Development and designed by Henning Larsen Architects. The buildings are the last part of the development of the profiling sites along the E18 at Lysaker. The aim of the projects has been to develop buildings that function optimally for the user and which are adapted to the requirements of the future for workplaces, flexibility and efficiency. The common features, architecture and green surroundings make PP9 a welcoming and enjoyable place to be for both staff and visitors. The neighbour building PP11 was completed in 2019 with Nemko as the main tenant.
As inspiration, it is based on a tree, with the trunk in the middle forming the heart of the building, with an arctic tectonic staircase that winds up the floors and past the squares that make up the social zones on each floor. From the square, efficient and flexible office landscapes branch out, which can also easily separate different departments or be shared by several tenants.
In the welcome zone with main entrance, reception and canteen you are welcomed by a bright, open room overlooking the green outdoor area. The stairs invite you up the floors together with a tree that is planted as a symbol of growth and the green.
There are good cycle paths to PP9 and wardrobes and showers are easily accessible. PP9 also has a separate bicycle parking with the possibility of bicycle washing. There is also an inviting fitness room located on the 1st floor.
The location at E18 with approx. 100,000 cars passing daily provides good profiling opportunities for the tenants in the building.
PP9 offers an exciting full-service concept. On the ground floor, in the building's corporate restaurant, you can be served healthy quality meals during working hours. In addition to the daily breakfast and lunch service, the restaurant can be open in the evenings during events. Or how about starting the day with a morning coffee in the coffee shop? The canteen is located so that you can open up to the green outdoor space in the summer months and sit outside and enjoy your lunch in the sun in the middle of a green oasis. Also, you can enjoy your lunch or a coffee on the roof terrace on of PP9 which has sun until late night.
