In the middle of Helsinki
More than 100 years ago, the Fredriksberg area was an established workplace area. Frediksberg Verkstad was the largest workplace in Helsinki. The urban structure has shaped itself for decades. Currently, Fredriksberg is part of downtown Helsinki and easily accessible through public transportation. Tram lines, bus routes and the nearby Sörnäinen metro station and Pasila train station make moving around easy. Services offered by Vallila, Kallio and Pasila are also within reach.
Cherishing the cityscape and respecting the environment
The renovation of old buildings and the design of new buildings starts from respecting the old. We also respect the environment, so all buildings are designed from an environmental perspective. We will apply for the Excellent classification of BREEAM, the most popular environmental certificate in Europe.
