Conversion of shares in NCC AB, June 2025

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC to construct new police station in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden

NCC has been commissioned by Kåpan Fastigheter to construct a new police station for the Swedish Police Authority in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 440 million, and completion is scheduled during 2028.

NCC completes Floravägen retirement home in Fagersta

NCC has been commissioned by Fagersta Municipality and Norra Västmanlands kommunalteknikförbund (NVK) to complete the construction of the Floravägen retirement home in Fagersta. The project comprises a retirement home with 100 residential suites, a kitchen, cafeteria and common rooms as well as earthworks and a civil defense shelter. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million.

NCC to renovate the facade of Søborg Tower

NCC has been commissioned by labor market pension fund PensionDanmark to renovate the facade of the Søborg Tower office building in Gladsaxe Municipality, north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The 15-story building is the former headquarters of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.

NCC continues reconstruction of Boliden’s electrolysis plant in Skellefteå

For the past year, NCC and Boliden have partnered on the reconstruction of Boliden’s electrolysis plant at Rönnskär in Skelleftehamn, Sweden. After extensive planning and pre-production work, the project is now progressing to the next phase.

Globally unique articulated hauler on site at NCC’s quarry in southern Sweden

The world’s first construction machine built using fossil-free steel arrived today at NCC’s quarry in Södra Sandby, near Lund, in southern Sweden. The construction machine, an A30G articulated hauler, was manufactured by Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE), using fossil-free steel from SSAB and will be used daily by NCC in its operations at the quarry.

Strategic Leadership Program - Reflections from an education

During an eventful year I have combined my role as a Project manager at Infrastructure in Jönköping with NCCs Strategic Leadership Program. Thanks to supportive and understanding coworkers I’ve had the privilege to be able to sneak away at seven times for one to three days at the time and fully concentrate on my learning and development as a part of NCCs leadership.
