NCC and Arcandum Eiendom have signed an agreement to construct a building for retail activities at Lysaker in Bærum Municipality, Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 200 million.
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC has signed a framework agreement with Lund Municipality and Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) for asphalt paving. The agreement extends over a maximum of four years with a total volume of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC has appointed Mattias Andersson as its new General Counsel. He will take office in October 2026 at the latest and will become a member of NCC’s Senior Management Team. Mattias Andersson succeeds Ann-Marie Hedbeck, who will take office as Head of Business Development for the Green Industry Transformation business area.
NCC wants to contribute to promoting learning and education among children and young people. This year’s Christmas donation therefore supports a number of organizations in the Nordic region that provide children with homework help.
The Allbright foundation recently published its annual list outlining gender equality among Sweden’s publicly traded companies. NCC has an even gender distribution in its Group management, thereby placing it on Allbright's green list for publicly traded companies.
Buildings A and B of NCC's OOPS project have been completed in the Hatsinanpuisto area, Espoo, Finland. NCC's development project offers unique office space in a top location where accessibility shakes hands with nature.
The world-leading audit and financial advisory organisation Deloitte chose We Land, Ruoholahti, for their new Finnish headquarters. The new building project developed by NCC offers modern offices, restaurants and high end service.
For the sixth consecutive year, NCC conducts a Health & Safety week, where all employees can contribute to an improved work environment. This year’s Health & Safety week is adjusted to be do-able despite the current Corona pandemic.
